Mary Sortal joins Arpin Group as client services manager

In her position, she will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships by focusing on customer needs, developing service delivery models and building successful teams. She will also focus on client retention through superior service delivery, reporting, quality initiatives and the development of implementation plans to ensure a smooth transition into new client business.

“With 38 years in the industry, Mary brings her extensive experience in global household goods relocation, with proven skills in operations, customer service, procurement, contract negotiation and client services,” said Bob Sullivan, senior vice president, corporate accounts of Arpin Group. “We are delighted to have her join our team as we continue to grow our operations on an international scale.”

Sortal was previously client services manager at The Suddath Companies.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in education and business and currently resides in Newburyport, Massachusetts.
