"Everything went as we expected, and the delivery team brought our furniture into the apartment quickly and efficiently. While PR is part of the US, since items were shipped over international waters the move was quite complicated. Taylor J. Arpin and his team managed the coordination throughout, including packing, transportation, shipping from port-to-port, customs, delivery and unpacking of items and clean up of moving materials. “The best company I have ever moved with. The communication was excellent and they were flexible, polite and accommodating. All my questions and concerns got answered quickly. Nothing got damaged during the move which is almost a miracle considering the huge distance (I moved to Taiwan). I gave only 4 stars though because of slight delays on both moving days. Additionally, the company they contracted to pick up my things in Iowa seemed to be a bit confused (e.g., they thought I was moving to Paris).”

However this last move was the best we have ever experienced. Our original movers failed to show up on the day assigned and new movers had to be quickly requested.
