Arpin International Group announces the appointment of Janet Tandroyen to spearhead the company’s global sales and business development efforts in the IMEA region.
Tandroyen is a seasoned professional known for building and nurturing client relationships. She drives customer satisfaction and implements strategies that align with business objectives. A performance-driven leader, she understands international market dynamics and cultivates high-value client relationships.

Based in South Africa, Tandroyen has over three decades of experience in international sales, business development, and global mobility. She is an accomplished professional with a proven track record of directing high-performing teams to deliver world-class services to multinational corporations and their transferees.
Tandroyen will help expand Arpin’s global presence and support business development and growth strategies for the IMEA region, working closely with Arpin’s outstanding global team.

Outside of work, Tandroyen can be found on bush safaris across Africa. She is an avid painter and knits blankets for charities and the homeless. She is currently completing her degree in International Business and Foreign Trade through the Management College of South Africa (Mancosa).
