Arpin Strong Team Takes on BoldrDash Obstacle Course Race to Support Local CausesMay 13, 2014
The BoldrDash is New England’s premiere military-style obstacle course race that is designed to test competitors’ strength and stamina at all skill levels. The challengers ran a 5K course, scaling walls, crawling through tunnels and carrying weighted objects. However, the race’s difficulty did not deter anyone from Team Arpin Strong because all members crossed the finish line together!
Participating in events like the BoldrDash is a major Arpin Strong initiative, which focuses on raising money for charitable causes. Proceeds from the registration fees support the Pathways Strategic Teaching Center, Misquamicut “Bring Back the Beach” Foundation, and numerous local school and sport programs in North and South Kingstown.
“These events are always a blast because it brings people together by focusing so much on teamwork,” said Chris Kunzmann, agency marketing coordinator. “This is the third obstacle race in which the Arpin team has participated and we’re bringing on new people each occasion.”
The team included the following Arpin employees: Kevin Amatucci, Katie Antosh, Brian Asay, Ronnie Blanchard, Jennifer Corneau, Mark Dearborn, Gabrielle Imbeault, Chris Kunzmann, Jeanine Lessard, Derek Oden, Matt Somweber, and Jilean Vale-Cruz.
Arpin has already assembled its new team for the next BoldrDash event, which will take place on Saturday, September 13, 2014, at Yawgoo Valley in Exeter, R.I.
