International Pricing Analyst


Multiple Global Locations: UK, UK, China, Singapore                     


Perform a broad range of tasks that involves gathering, researching, analyzing, establishing, and updating pricing for moving services. Improve the structure and efficiency of the operation, reduce costs, and make recommendations to increase profits.  This position exercises independent judgment and discretion. Recommend which substantial business decisions are evaluated; work with little supervision.

  • Research and collect pricing information;
  • Produce spreadsheets, analysis, and reports recommending best pricing and efficient courses of action to improve competitiveness and profitability;
  • Maintain price lists;
  • Quote rates to our partners and accounts;
  • Contribute content for Sales Proposals/RFP’s;
  • Develop forward-thinking pricing strategies that optimize revenue and margin;
  • Track corporate bookings to continually evaluate and refine pricing strategies;
  • Implement rate changes as necessary to maintain pricing strategies;
  • Contribute to internal pricing department and/or cross-functional projects that may include process improvement or technology development;
  • Must be available and able to work anytime needed by department (either before or after shift and weekends as needed for overtime);
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals;
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned;


  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs (Excel proficiency/familiarity a must), calculator, keyboarding, and data entry;
  • Spreadsheets: Using a computer application to enter, manipulate, and format text and numerical data; insert, delete, and manipulate cells, rows, and columns; create and save worksheets, charts, and graphs;
  • Internet: Navigating the Internet to find information, including the ability to open and configure standard browsers; use searches, hypertext references, and transfer protocols; and send and retrieve electronic mail (e-mail);
  • Word Processing: Using a computer application to type text, insert pictures, format, and edit, print, save, and retrieve word processing documents;
  • Databases: Using a computer application to evaluate large amounts of information, including creating and editing simple databases, inputting data, retrieving specific records, and creating reports to communicate the information;


  • BS in Finance, Accounting, or Business required;
  • Cost Accounting/Analysis experience;
  • Knowledge of RFP process;
  • 3+ years of industry-specific experience (household goods forwarding);
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills;
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel/Access;
  • Superior math skills; detail oriented; organized and efficient;
  • Multi-task with attention to meeting deadlines;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Work independently as well as part of a team;
  • Strong communication and writing skills;
