By applying our expertise in international moving to the cross-border moving process, we have created Arpin CanAmerica®, a more streamlined moving experience for our customers moving throughout North America. Arpin International Group’s ability to perform in less time than traditional movers make this innovative service an excellent choice for meeting all your cross-border moving needs.
The Arpin family has its earliest roots in Canadian history, having started their moving business in Drummondville, Quebec, back in 1900 before immigrating to the United States. So, it was just a matter of time before the Arpin family returned to their origins. In 1992 the company began to offer its customers one of the best, most thorough United States/Canada cross-border services, as well as within the Canadian provinces. Since then, the company has become a world leader when it comes to providing top-notch cross-border moving and storage services. With the desire to constantly improve the experience for those who are looking to move quickly and efficiently across the United States/Canadian border, we’ve created Arpin CanAmerica® an innovation in moving that allows moving between Canada and the United States a streamlined, seamless process.
We take every move personally here at AIG and you can take comfort in knowing that you have a team of seasoned professionals available throughout the cross-border moving process.
Arpin International Group assigns a dedicated International Move Coordinator (IMC) to oversee each relocation. Our teams of IMCs are day-to-day move managers who take the time to listen to the needs and concerns of our customers and discuss, address, and manage the expectations of each move.
To ensure an accessible and easy relocation, we’ll schedule an in-home or virtual pre-move survey at a convenient time. Origin services are fully arranged for our clients – we cover wrapping, padding, and loading of all household goods and personal effects in appropriate packaging to ensure they arrive damage-free at their destination.
Arpin International Group’s move coordinators will flawlessly organize transportation to the exit port and ocean or air freight to the port of entry. We also ensure our supplier partners enforce stringent warehouse protocols for the safety and protection of shipments while in storage.
We track each shipment en route, retrieve all documents, and keep the client and transferee updated throughout the moving process. We also take care of customs clearance, transportation to the residence or a pre-approved storage facility, unpacking, and removal of all related debris, space permitting.
Our team holds specialized knowledge in corrective actions that produce results, and we’re commonly told that our best-in-class service recovery solutions make our process unique.
For over 120 years, Arpin has practiced and refined an approach to providing quality services that have led us to win numerous awards and recognition from companies within the relocation management services industry and client accounts. Our time-tested, continuous quality improvement principles are designed to create long-term value for our clients.
