Arpin International Group announces the appointment of Federico Beltran to lead the company’s global sales and business development efforts in the LATAM (Latin America) region.
Beltran assumes this key position at Arpin, playing a central role in driving the company’s growth strategy in LATAM by cultivating strong, lasting customer partnerships and supporting its ongoing success in expanding its regional presence. His acumen in developing and executing partnership strategies aligned with organizational goals, negotiating, and managing collaborations with key stakeholders across diverse industries is exemplary. An analytics-driven leader, Beltran evaluates market trends and performance metrics to continuously refine global mobility strategies and nurture long-term partnerships.
“We welcome Federico to the Arpin team. We were drawn to his talent and expertise in logistics, digital marketing, a keen understanding of the region, and his bent, like us, to be very creative and entrepreneurial. Going back to his very wise grandfather, his family, like ours, has a long tradition of hard work and respect for others,” said President Peter Arpin.
Based in Colombia, Beltran has seven years of experience leading business development across the Americas through strategic partnerships and high-value partnerships. He strives to enhance client satisfaction by leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service while also streamlining operational processes for efficiency.
Beltran will help strengthen Arpin’s global footprint while advancing business development and growth initiatives across the LATAM region, in close collaboration with Arpin’s exceptional global team.
“I am honored to join Arpin International Group and to help lead the company’s next stage of growth across Latin America. LATAM is a region with tremendous opportunity, but also one that requires local understanding, trust, and strong operational discipline. My purpose is to strengthen Arpin’s presence in the region by building long-term partnerships, creating clearer pathways for corporate mobility, private client moves, and general cargo opportunities, and ensuring that clients experience the same level of care, reliability, and accountability that has defined Arpin for more than a century. I am excited to work with the entire Arpin team to make LATAM a stronger and more strategic part of Arpin’s global network,” said Beltran.
Outside of work, Beltran works with the local chapter of Best Buddies, Bogotá, championing inclusion for teens and adults with intellectual disabilities, and serves as a Best Buddy allocator in corporate jobs. He also promotes football in war-stricken territories inside Colombia to nurture future football stars for the Colombian professional league.
An avid learner, Beltran holds degrees in Business and Risk Management from Universidad de La Sabana in Bogotá. He is currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Corporate Management at the INALDE Business School in Bogotá, a candidate for 2028.
