I’ve been down and dirty in the trenches obtaining first-hand training in patience, perseverance, problem solving, conflict resolution & more. My current role is a perfect balance highlighting acquired experience in detailed operations, growth market capitalization, high-touch customer attention and cross-cultural management. With the focus of the overall business growth and career success of my team in mind I aim to foster the right kind culture for our global members.
