Arpin International Group announced the promotion of Sarah Terilli to Director of Operations and Administration for its corporate international and domestic service divisions.
Terilli joined Arpin in 2001 and has advanced through roles of increasing responsibility throughout her career in the household goods moving and storage industry. In her new role, she oversees daily operations, international supply chain management, global account support, and service team performance to ensure exceptional transfer experiences. She also supports Arpin’s IT Development team, helping drive productivity, streamline operations, and enhance customer service.

Terilli is known for her deep knowledge of the relocation process, attention to detail, and proactive, collaborative management style. She has built strong relationships with supplier partners in the U.S. and abroad and is recognized for her ability to work effectively with both clients and partners.
She holds FIDI certification in the Foundations of International Moving and an associate degree in General Business from the Community College of Rhode Island. Terilli resides in Warwick, R.I., and enjoys outdoor activities, including hiking and biking.
