Airlines are currently experiencing extensive backlogs on shipments moving from the U.S. to Europe and from Europe to the U.S. We have been notified that air shipments could be delayed until the New Year.
Consequently, shipments currently being packed or packing in the near future may not be able to be dispatched until January 2018. We are advising customers sending shipments via this mode of transport to prepare for delays as well as additional storage and various other charges which may be assessed.
Your Arpin service team will be contacting all customers affected by backlog to set up individualized contingency plans. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will do everything possible to minimize delays and manage the expectations of the relocating families to the best of our ability.
